Situated at the deepest point of Sachem Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee, our clients sought to integrate their existing home with a native-inspired landscape. Innovative stormwater solutions seamlessly combined green technology with access, recreation, and sustainability objectives. River rock swales with native plantings facilitate water infiltration, while reclaimed granite slabs—repurposed from other sites—serve as driveway banding and edging for the beach and gaming area. Irregular bluestone and Pennsylvania fieldstone steps, set amidst native fern sod, connect the property’s recreational features.
