This house is privately located along Lake Winnipesaukee and was designed and installed to utilize magnificent outdoor space potential. The gated entry of this home welcomes visitors with a large circular driveway including a colorful center island of plantings and reclaimed granite pavers sourced from old city streets. Alongside the expansive yard, an in-ground spa and New England granite patios allow guests to gaze out over the property to the water and all of the amenities. The natural terrain of the landscape allowed for the re-use of Charlestown Bridge Blocks and reclaimed granite retaining wall systems. Nestled along these historic walls are native plantings that encourage wildlife to flourish and a fun surprise, a sandbox! Steep grades and drainage issues were mitigated by creating a beautiful water feature with a series of ponds and a running waterfall.
