Learn
For new clients, the process begins with a conversation with our Landscape Architect and design team. The purpose of this initial meeting is to establish a relationship, determine the scope of the project, elaborate on our process, and share design ideas back and forth.
Collaborate & Design
Depending on the scope of the project, we tailor our design process to fit your needs and desires, as well as the functional requirements of the property. We may recommend a master plan or a spatial design catered to a specific area or project type. The initial design presentation provides a path forward into the permitting and construction processes.
Permit
Most waterfront projects require a permit with the N.H. Department of Environmental Services. Our designs take this into account and consider both state and local regulations to ensure a seamless approval process.
Create
Your Project Manager will work closely with Production Supervisors and Crew Foreman to make sure your design is executed. Our skilled masons, irrigation technicians, and softscape crews will bring your landscape to life. Your Project Manager will keep you updated throughout the project with consistent, timely, and informative communication.
Maintain
Upon completion of your landscape project you will be introduced to your Account Manager. Your Account Manager will become your point of contact with SLP and will work closely with you and our maintenance crews to make sure that your property is properly maintained.
