Located along the scenic shoreline of Kona Bay, the Moonlight Cottage is beautifully illuminated by both daylight and our custom landscape lighting at night. The renovation around the Lake Winnipesaukee property aimed to enhance shoreline protection, low-maintenance planting, ample seating and entertaining areas, connectivity from front to back, and a custom putting green. Custom-cut granite patios offer inviting spaces connected to the shoreline, complemented by an expansive stone fireplace. Designed to maximize lake views while incorporating native plantings and sustainable practices, this landscape seamlessly blends beauty and function for future generations.
