The hiring process is straightforward. Our goal is to ensure a mutual fit between you and SLP. Once we receive your application, we will contact you for a phone interview. If we determine that we’re a good fit for each other, you will proceed through a series of interviews with our team, which can be conducted in person or virtually. A formal job offer will be extended upon successful completion of this process.
Our onboarding experience is tailored to each position to ensure you have the necessary information and insights for success. On your first day, our HR team will welcome you, guiding you through electronic onboarding forms, uniform distribution, and a company overview, followed by a tour of our facilities and introductions to our leadership team. You’ll then receive a training schedule to dive into the specifics of your role with various team members, ensuring you feel fully prepared and ready to get to work.

While we have limited part-time opportunities within the organization, we offer a variety of full-time seasonal positions that typically span from April to November.
Our typical workdays are from 7 AM to 5 PM. During our busy season, we do offer Saturday shifts, while Sundays are reserved for recharging and rest.
Given the brief landscaping season in New Hampshire, we maximize our workdays and workweeks, enabling most of our team to benefit from overtime opportunities.
