Job Summary: The Account Manager is the primary client contact. They are responsible for maintaining strong, positive customer relations to ensure total client satisfaction throughout both landscape and snow seasons.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters that you are assigned to
- Utilizing Aspire to follow a routine process for customer engagement, proactively meeting with high-priority clients on a regular basis
- Performing schedule reviews of properties to make sure that standards of service are being met, detect problems, offer solutions
- Reacting immediately to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a timely and successful execution of client requests
- Assisting with incoming sales of new maintenance leads
- Improving route density by engaging the neighbors of properties that we already work on and preparing estimates
- Negotiating contracts and close agreements
- Reviewing monthly invoices
- Entering job notes and job deadlines to ensure proper execution and efficiency
- Meeting with Operations Manager to prioritize and set schedules
- Communicating schedules and scheduling changes with clients
- Working with production team to ensure that work is performed profitably and that client expectations are met
- Upselling enhancement opportunities and maintenance services to existing clients
- Maintaining 75 -125 client relationships
- Coordinating subcontracted services
- Coordinating with production staff to execute scheduled crew trainings in best practices for service execution
- Participating in snow removal during the winter months
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience managing crews
- Prior experience in the landscape industry and local market
- Strong plant identification, turf knowledge, basic irrigation knowledge and in-house operations preferred
- Valid NH Driver’s License
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of Account Management Systems (ASPIRE or similar) helpful but not required
- Familiarity with CRM program, maintenance estimating and pricing, along with an adaptable nature in an ever-changing environment, relationship building talent and a sales focus
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong time management and communication skills
Salary Offered:
$50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
